Individual tournament registration can be done online under  online registration, please note tournament fee for online registration is R30 per player. Pre-registration forms will not be accessible after pre-registration date and no late entries will be accepted. Details will be on the online registration form. Website: www.wepsso.co.za - select chess from code list. Online registration will be received on a datbase and not be faxed or emailed.

Forms for manual pre-registration fee (at a venue in each district) will be under resources on the website and the fee is R20 per player. The venues and times will be announced under events on the website. Forms will also be available at the venue. Players do not need to be present at pre-registration. Forms must be submitted at the venue.
